Visiting us
Car parks are shown on the map below. Please be aware that the Anagach Woods car park shown on the map below is small, so parking at one of the car parks in the town may be better. The Burnfield Road car park is only a few minutes walk away.
The nearest public toilets are at the Burnfield Road Car Park.
Grantown-on Spey is served by a number of Stagecoach bus routes. Plan your journey here.
The woods are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The woods are free to use, but donations to help us look after the woods are much appreciated.
Grantown-on-Spey has plenty of places to eat and drink and to stay. You can find details here.

Responsible Access & Safety
Please follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code when visiting the Woods.
For your own safety and the safety of others:
NEVER start a fire or light a barbecue.
DO NOT enter Anagach Woods during a storm or in the immediate aftermath, as there is a high risk of snapped and windthrown trees falling on walkers
Sometimes it is necessary for us to carry out forest maintenance, so please be aware of vehicles moving around the forest and avoid areas where work is taking place. NEVER walk through warning signs, cones or barriers across paths.

Walking Routes
There are several miles of marked trails in the woods:
